GROUP REGISTRATION

Group registration is applicable when 20 or more delegates from the same institute participate, and participants in such groups enjoy a 10% discount.

Group registration is only applicable to international delegates / students.

Upon receiving your registration details, you will be notified on the total amount due and provide you the payment link.
PAYMENT METHOD

Payments through this system are processed by Stripe, a third-party service provider. Upon initiating the payment, you will be directed to the Stripe website. Please proceed with confidence.

For Individual Registrations: Following the completion of the registration form, kindly make the payment online using a credit card via Stripe.

For Group Registrations: Submit the group registration form via email. Once the name list has been verified, the organizer will furnish remittance information. Please ensure payment is made via remittance by the specified deadline.

PAYMENT RECEIPT

A confirmation of your payment, including a payment receipt, will be promptly sent to you via email once the payment is successfully processed online through Stripe.
REGISTRATION FEE REFUND POLICY

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Secretariat via email jopppbipc24@gmail.com

Registration fees will be refunded after deducting handling fees.
-
50% refund for cancellation on or before 31 August 2024.
-
There will be no refund for cancellations after 1 September 2024.

The Organizer will not cover transaction or handling fees, and no on-site refund requests will be entertained.

Please note that the estimated and actual refund amounts may differ due to exchange rate variations.

Your refund application will be processed within 30 working days after receiving the application. You will be notified by email once the refund process is complete.

Upon canceling your registration, your poster (if any) will not be publicly displayed, and no certificate of submission will be issued.

If no refund is required but a change in participant registration is needed, then the Secretariat must be informed in writing via email to jopppbipc24@gmail.com
OTHERS

Students must provide a letter of verification from their university or present a student card.

Please ensure FULL payment is remitted to the organizer, and any associated bank charges/administration fees are the responsibility of the participant.

Registration fees do NOT include accommodation costs.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

All delegates will receive an e-certificate of attendance via email to their registered email address following the conclusion of the conference.
LIABILITY

The Organizing Committee will not be liable for personal accidents, loss or damage to private property of the delegates throughout the Conference. Delegates should make their own necessary arrangements.
